Firefighters live Thank You From Boundless by CSMA

I can't imagine what the fire service go through it and see day today to see those things and then continue with their lives it must be very challenging for them my name is AmandaSparks and just over a year ago we had a fire that devastated our home pretty much the whole house was destroyed I'd put a head torch on charge for my husband who was going fishing that evening went out about half-past ten came back at two o'clock to find the house ablaze obviously the first thought was everyone safe you just can't believe that it's happened it's devastating it was heartbreaking you know that's your safe place that's your home to see it in the devastation it is is not a pretty sight and something I don't want to see again, to be honest with you

I think the hardest thing is the memories that we've lost pictures things have sentimental value the scariest part for me was definitely walking through the front door and seeing the damage that's something that I'll never forget probably telling the children not wanting the children to see it was a conscious decision that myself and my wife made because they're very young you don't know how that will leave a mark on their lives and

we didn't want the children to have those memories it definitely affected us more than just material damaged I go out and I panicI've left something on and I panic that I'm going to come home and have the same scenario I guess it's anxiety it's panic attacks it's not nice I dread to think what would have happened if the fire service hadn't turned up as quickly as they did yeah it doesn't really bear thinking about if they hadn't have been here so quick but I'm sure they see some horrific scenes which I don't think I'm somebody that would be able to deal with that it's not just the fire service that reassures us is people every day that we don't really appreciate

I think the public sector and the civil service are crucial to every stage of our lives I think the world would be a very different place if we didn't have people like that person that could deal with those situations and help people out there vulnerable and need help I don't think people show their appreciation enough we'd like to give our thanks to the fire services and the public sector for helping us and if anything makes other people aware of what the public sector for us on a day to day basis it's really hard to show your appreciation particularly when you're in a time of need

I think a simple thank-you goes along the way I think it makes people reassured that they are doing a good job and make them want to go back and carry on doing that job the hours of training that you do to be able to do the jobs that you do we really appreciate it so thank you

From Articles life Boundless

I want you to use the questions on here can make notes against each question they do such a good job they should be told how amazing they are they've helped me become more grown-up and independent and I believe in myself a lot more because of them

I think the public sector and civil service are crucial to every stage of our lives we've got a big support network I do think the whole sector is brilliant they have helped me do what I want to do they've helped me to just understand that it's not always going to be fair and you just have to live it as you can I think the world would be a very different place

if you can have people other people that can deal with those situations and help people out that are vulnerable and need help we didn't know if you would have to go to intensive care unit it was very scary the way they've taught me have helped me a lot after learnt to look at things in a different way they were amazing we did not meet one midwife or one doctor or one nurse who wasn't like that I think we take for granted some of the work that the civil service to do

I think they go slightly under the radar there's people every day that we don't really appreciate the mini heroes of our society they make sure that everyone has a place and everyone's safe if they weren't there I don't think anyone would feel as comfortable as they do leaving our hospital they care a little bit more because they're caring about you so you should care about them back a bit more I I don't think people show appreciation enough at all just purely saying thank you is huge they're just going about in their ordinary day but still supporting everyone else's ordinary day thank you you
